Mini Bus Guide
- Guide small group tours up to 15 pax on fjord and northern light excursions.
- Host a camp/picnic experience (build a fire, serve food & drinks).
- Ensure guest safety and enjoyment.
- Foster a welcoming, informative and engaging group environment.
- Photograph Northern Lights, wildlife, landscapes, and guests.
- Edit and deliver high-quality photos to guests.
- Share knowledge of the Aurora and the Tromsø region.

Requirements
- Previous guiding experience.
- Photography skills and photo editing experience.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are desirable).
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Interest in an outdoor lifestyle.
- Experience in Arctic conditions and/or seasonal work.
- Knowledge of the Tromsø region.
- Positive and motivated attitude.
- Sociable and engaging personality.
- Kjøreseddel is desirable.
- Organized, motivated, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work late hours & in tough conditions.
- Adaptable and a good team player.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Enjoy working with different nationalities and sharing experiences.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
